No—there is no cost at all. We provide the equipment, installation, restocking, and ongoing maintenance. Your Community or Business gets a premium coffee amenity without any expense.
How does Water Tower Vending make money?
We generate revenue through drink sales from the station. This allows us to offer the service at no cost while still maintaining and servicing the equipment regularly.
Is there any work required from our team?
None. We handle everything—from installation to restocking and maintenance. Your team doesn’t need to manage inventory, clean the machine, or handle any day-to-day operations.
What if something breaks or needs service?
We remotely monitor and maintain all of our stations. If anything needs attention, we take care of it quickly so the experience stays consistent for your residents or employees.
Is there a long-term contract or commitment?
We keep things flexible. Our goal is to build long-term partnerships, but we don’t rely on restrictive agreements. If it’s not a good fit, we’ll work with you to find the right solution.
Where does the machine go and how much space does it need?
Our stations are designed to fit seamlessly into common areas like lobbies, gyms, break rooms, or community spaces. We’ll work with you to find the best placement with minimal footprint and no disruption.
